Founded in 1902, The ITALIAN BOOK CORPORATION Is The Oldest & Largest Society of Italian Music Publishers, Composers & Authors in The United States & Canada. The Italian Book Corporation, De Martino Italian Music Corporations are not members of The American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers, (ASCAP), BMI, or SESAC. Our works are Not Authorized to be utilized under the ASCAP, BMI, or SESAC Contracts. In 1972 IBC was granted & authorized by the United States Copyright Tribunal to Maintain its Independence and is therefore entitled to represent itself , as it's own Society of Composers and Copyright holders, and License it's own subscribers.
